Like any legit online traffic school, ADT School is certified by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Their DMV license number is E1812. Though the company is only certified to offer its brick and mortar services in select counties, their online traffic school course can be taken by those in any of California’s 58 counties.

We’re a bit disappointed in ATD School when it comes to customer support. Simply put, we’d expect slightly better from a company with such a solid reputation in the industry. What struck us the most was the lack of nearly any customer service information on their website. In fact, they don’t even list their customer service hours. Fortunately, they do list a phone number. When we called to check, we found that their customer service hours are generally between 8am and 5pm PST Monday to Friday. One of the biggest highlights of Advanced Traffic and Driving School is how easy it is to use. It literally takes less than five minutes to jump right in and get started. The first thing that you’ll need to do is register. Advanced Traffic and Driving School has made every step of this process as easy as possible. All you need to do is enter the required personal and ticket information into the provided fields. Once this information has been verified, you’ll then be prompted to enter accurate payment information. Do this and you’re good to go. The ATD School online traffic course material comes next. The coursework, while mostly text-based, is also filled with a handful of pictures, videos, and animations. The goal of these images is to ease boredom and help you retain the information you’re reviewing. Each chapter of the course material is followed by a short quiz. These quizzes simply review the information in the proceeding chapter. They’re designed to make sure that you’re actually reading the material. You have to pass each quiz before you’re allowed to move on to the next course chapter. Once all of the coursework has been reviewed, you’ll be presented with the final exam. Made up of 25 multiple-choice questions, the ADT School final exam is actually extremely easy to pass. All that you need to do is answer 70 percent of the questions correctly. This is made even easier by the fact that the entire exam is open book.
